User Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This User Consent to the Processing of Personal Data forms an integral part of the Privacy Policy of the DEKEN website and sets out the conditions under which the User gives consent to the processing of personal data by TEQTUM EUROPE Sp. z o.o. (the “Company” or the “Data Controller”) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “GDPR”) and the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.

By using contact forms, registration or subscription forms, or otherwise providing personal data to the Company, the User confirms that they have read this Consent and voluntarily agree to the processing of their personal data to the extent and under the conditions set out below.

1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Company processes personal data only for the following purposes:

  • processing Users’ enquiries and requests;
  • entering into, performing and administering contracts;

  • receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and exercise the right to data portability;
  • object to the processing of personal data;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

The User may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a request to the following email address: sale@deken-pvc.com

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

7. Term of Consent

This Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User where processing is based on consent, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or is justified by the legitimate interests of the Company.

8. Final Provisions

The User confirms that:

  • the personal data is provided voluntarily;
  • the information provided is accurate and up to date at the time of submission;
  • the User has read the Privacy Policy of the DEKEN website;
  • the User understands and accepts the terms of this Consent.
